Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a water/power source nearby, we can work without you present. We'll communicate clearly when we arrive and when we finish. We'll work out the logistics when you book — just let us know your situation.

Remove personal items and valuables from inside the vehicle — that's it. We handle all the prep, products, and equipment. If you have any specific areas of concern (stains, scratches, etc.), just mention them when you book and we'll make sure to address them.
